Collectively, Rand and his associates bring over 40 years of property management experience to the table for Trademark, which opened its doors earlier this year and offers a full-bevy of property management services throughout Fort Collins and Northern Colorado.

“It’s exciting,” Rand said. “We’ve established a lot of good relationships in Northern Colorado over the years, and we’re excited to provide the area with a full-service property management company. Our primary focus will always be cultivating relationships and providing excellent customer service.”

Rand, who has been in the Fort Collins area for over 10 years and in property management and real estate since 1996 when he began his career, said Fort Collins’ newest property management company is one that will continue to grow and expand with time.

“We’re just starting,” Rand said, “but we’ve got a staff with a lot of property management experience in the area. We’re a known commodity, and we’re going to build this company the right way. Transparency with our clients is something that is very important to us.”

The Trademark Property Management Group Senior team is composed of Rand, who serves as the company’s CEO/Managing Broker, COO/President John Stamatakos, Senior Account Manager Vicky Hicks and Financial Administrator Debera Sabin.

“We’ve been known for the work we have been able to do with HOA groups,” Rand said. “But we also have a good track record of working with residential and commercial property management clients. A big advantage that we have is that we really know the area well.”
