Kim Payton
Greetings! I am Kimberly Payton, Office Accountant and Executive Assistant to President/COO John Stamatakos of Trademark Property Management Group, Inc. In November 2018, I joined the Trademark team, bringing 13+ years’ experience in the Northern Colorado property management industry.
I believe in providing 5-star, above-and-beyond service, working smart, seeking continuous growth and improvement, and doing the right thing at all times. With that in mind, to be the best, one must be knowledgeable and proactive, however one must also have great tools and a great team. As important as the type of work can be, however, more important perhaps is the team you work with. It was so exciting to find and be invited to join this team that shares so many of my values! I eagerly anticipate a long professional relationship with Trademark. I now get to work with a group of people who, as a whole and individually, want to be the best, and that is incredibly refreshing.
My educational background includes an Associate Degree from Front Range Community College and a Bachelor Degree from DeVry University. Getting an online education is an education in its own, and was a chance I almost didn’t get. My veteran father fell ill with service-related cancer when I was in my 20s. This heartbreaking cloud had a silver lining, however: Before the end, he equipped me with a new computer and initiated the paperwork so that I could get an opportunity to go to college with support from the VA. Married with 3 young children at the time, I snatched up that chance and ran with it! I needed an education that applied to a career path with solid prospects; I wanted to be the best at what I ended up doing; and I wanted to enjoy the work so that I could keep at it for a nice, long career in order to support my then young family. Now, however, though in a sense I am an empty-nester, I still spend a great deal of time with family as well as traveling the Front Range enjoying the mountain views and community parks.
